RETURNS CAN BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ITEM(S) RECEIPT- INVENTORY WILLING. POSTAGE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM STORE CREDIT.
ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM(S), WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A PREPAID RETURN LABEL TO SEND THE MERCHANDISE BACK TO US. SHOULD YOU RUN INTO THIS ISSUE PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@HANIFA.CO SO THAT WE CAN FURTHER ASSIST YOU.
ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR DAMAGE WILL LEAD TO THE RETURN REQUEST BEING DENIED.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR ONLINE RETURNS SYSTEM IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.
AFTER YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED YOU WILL RECEIVE A PREPAID RETURN LABEL VIA EMAIL.
